I observed that the firewall configuration did not block ICMP traffic, and the ping test from my loopback address to 44.192.100.100 was successful. However, both UDP and ICMP traceroutes failed after the first hop. I decided to inform Tier1 and ISP about these findings, suggesting they focus their investigation on their networks and any intermediate networks. This was to help them identify and resolve the issue with traceroute packets.
