I observed the stable node addresses for myself (128.173.0.1) and AS1 (4.2.2.1), added a route to AS1's address, and verified connectivity. I then investigated a user's issue with loading acm.org, determined it was a server-side 'Connection refused' error, and informed both the user and AS1 accordingly. These actions ensured proper network configuration and effective issue resolution.
