I discovered two physical links (to AS1 and ACM), installed static routes for all known prefixes sourced from my loopback, and set up local DNS with dnsmasq for ACM's acm.org domain. I verified ACM's web server returns HTTP 200 and confirmed all internal connectivity is healthy at 0% packet loss. I found that no node in the topology has real upstream Internet transit — external DNS queries all return REFUSED and pings to 8.8.8.8 fail because AS1 has no working upstream. I also caught and helped resolve a routing loop where AS1's default route pointed back to me. I chose to provide local DNS for ACM because no upstream resolver works and ACM is my customer. I declined to modify firewall rules or accept unverified neighbor prefix advertisements, per policy. External Internet access is a topology design limitation, not a fixable configuration fault.
