I observed that all internal destinations (AS1, AS2, Uni, ACM) were reachable from my loopback with 0% loss, while 8.8.8.8 initially triggered a routing loop between AS1 and AS2 that later resolved to AS1 returning "Destination Net Unreachable." I decided to install only a default route and host route through AS1, my sole upstream, and otherwise remain passive. I chose this because EveLink is single-homed with no alternate path, so all traffic must transit AS1, and the Internet unreachability is an upstream infrastructure gap outside my authority to fix. I sourced all diagnostics from my loopback (91.214.0.1) because link addresses aren't advertised network-wide and would produce misleading results. I reported findings to AS1 and responded to AS2's relayed inquiry with my full connectivity matrix, confirming the root cause is AS1's lack of working Internet transit.
