I observed that my ACM Digital Library web server (loopback 198.82.0.1) consistently returned HTTP 200 and HTTPS 200, and my point-to-point link to ACM (10.0.4.1) was stable at ~4ms RTT with zero packet loss across three health check rounds. No WHY queries, relay requests, route advertisements, or messages from any agent arrived during the experiment.

I decided to perform only periodic health checks and otherwise idle, making no routing changes and initiating no communication with ACM.

This was because all services and connectivity were healthy throughout, my routing table was already correct, and no external events required any action or escalation.
