I observed that the traceroute to 8.8.8.8 fails after reaching 10.0.2.2 (AS2), and the DNS resolver on the loopback interface did not return any output. I decided to inform EveLink and AS2 about the issue, check local configurations, request AS2 to perform a traceroute, and re-run the traceroute from AS1. This was done to gather more detailed information, rule out local issues, and coordinate with stakeholders to identify the root cause.
