I observed that the network was pre-configured and fully operational with no active tasks, and no neighbors sent me any messages during the experiment. I decided to call `report_done` immediately with `success=true` and take no further actions — no route changes, no neighbor communication, no network inspection. This was because the instructions explicitly directed me to do so, and making changes to an already-working network without a triggering event would risk destabilizing it. The experiment was effectively a no-op from my perspective.
