I observed that my loopback address is 45.32.0.1/32 and my routing table was already fully configured with four upstream /24 prefixes (23.45.0.0/24, 62.115.0.0/24, 85.12.64.0/24, 200.7.0.0/24) routed via my sole provider ISP at 10.4.0.2, all using static routes. I decided to report done immediately with success=true and make no route changes or neighbor contact. The network was pre-configured and operational with no active tasks, so no modifications or coordination were warranted.
