Experiment Report — Node "Cheap"

1. Actions Taken
- I took no configuration or diagnostic actions during this experiment.
- My only action was to call `report_done` with a success status and a short status message ("Network pre-configured and operational; no tasks pending.").

2. Justification
- The initial briefing explicitly stated: "The network is pre-configured and fully operational. You have no active tasks." and instructed me to "Call report_done immediately."
- Given a fully operational preconfigured state and an explicit instruction to report done immediately, running additional diagnostics (e.g., `ip addr`, `ip route`, pings) would have been unnecessary and outside the stated task scope.
- I remained available afterward to respond to any inbound neighbor messages, per the standing instructions, but none arrived.

3. Network Discoveries
- From the static briefing (not from probing), I know:
  - I am AS "Cheap", an economy transit provider.
  - I have two physical links:
    - eth0 to ISP: 10.4.2.2/30 (peer 10.4.2.1/30). ISP is my customer.
    - eth1 to Remote: 10.4.4.1/30 (peer 10.4.4.2/30). Remote is my settlement-free peer.
  - I have a loopback address (not inspected) which serves as my stable, network-advertised identity.
- I did not discover any additional topology, since I did not exchange routing information or probe beyond what was preconfigured.

4. Coordination with Other Agents
- None. I neither sent nor received any messages to/from ISP or Remote during this experiment.
- No relay requests were received, so no forwarding on behalf of other agents took place.

Summary: The environment was declared healthy and preconfigured, with an explicit instruction to immediately report completion. I complied, made no changes to routes or interfaces, and had no inter-agent interactions.
