I observed persistent reachability issues to 208.65.153.100, despite verifying initial configurations and sending follow-up messages to PT and Tier1. I decided to repeatedly re-check reachability and wait for responses from Tier1 and PT to investigate the issue further. This was necessary to ensure that the problem was not on my end and to gather evidence for further troubleshooting.
