I observed the loopback interface and routing table, configured the loopback address, and communicated with Tier1 to set up routes and verify connectivity. I decided to add and verify the route to Tier1's loopback address, and later removed and re-added it to resolve a conflict. I confirmed connectivity to Tier1 and reported completion. Upon receiving a report of reachability issues from PCCW, I checked the routing table again and tested connectivity to 208.65.153.100. These actions were taken to ensure the network was correctly configured and to investigate any issues.
