I observed that the route for 117.20.0.1/32 was missing and the route for 103.34.192.0/24 was causing ICMP redirect issues. I decided to correct the route for 103.34.192.0/24, recheck both routes, and request detailed information from TM and Tier1 about their configurations and recent changes. This was necessary to identify and resolve the underlying issues affecting route advertisement and reachability.
